Student Policys - Techzex Pvt Ltd

1.1: These terms and conditions represent an agreement between the Techzex Software Private Limited ("Training Institute") and student, a prospective student. By accepting the Institute’s Registration, you accept these terms and conditions in full, which along with Student Admission and the Institute’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures and the most recently published prospectus (as applicable), form the contract between Student and the Institute in relation to Student studies at the Techzex Software, as amended from time to time pursuant to Clause.
1.2: Any amendments made by the Company/Training Institute to the Contract will be made available on the Company/Training Institute’s website, which you should consult regularly. we shall take reasonable steps to bring these changes to the attention of affected students as soon as reasonably practicable.
1.3: Techzex Software Private Limited holds the right to cancel the admission of any student if he/she fails to pay the fees on or before the due date, or the student is non- contactable on the email id and phone number provided by them without any information, Techzex holds the right to hold/cancel the admission of the student. In such case certificate will not be awarded.
1.4: Maintaining 90% + attendance is mandatory for being eligible for sitting for placement and the Certificates of completion will only be provided if the condition is satisfied.
1.5: Attending All weekly Test is mandatory; however, 10% relaxation can be given on medical backgrounds, Not maintaining the same will void the student from placement facilities.
1.6: Registration Fees or any kind of fees is not eligible for refund, however company may approve in certain genuine cases.
1.7: Techzex promises to provide minimum 5 + placements to all the students, Techzex is not responsible for the student for not getting selected for the placement.
1.8: Leaving the course before the completion doesn’t award you any kind of certificate.
1.9: Any re-work on an already completed task will attract additional charges. Any changes in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges.
1.9: Signing in/Registering for a course means you agree to all the terms and conditions.
- Fees and Service Charges that are Non-Refundable:
- 1. If Admission form is processed online
- 2. If Enrolment Number is issued
- 3. If Fee paid after getting the enrolment number
- 4. After the demo classes are over
- 5. Instalment & Pending fee of old course is non-refundable.
1.10: Techzex is not responsible if the student is rejected in the placement due to low academic record, or any other reason that Techzex is not responsible for, however it will be counted as still an authentic placement.

2.1: Techzex Software Private Limited reserves the right to:
- 2.1.1 Make variations to the contents of programmes, including the range of courses (modules)
- 2.1.2 Alter the approach to methods of delivery of programmes such as the timetable, location, number of classes and methods and timings of assessments.
- 2.1.3 Discontinue programmes and merge or combine programmes; due to events outside the Techzex Software Private Limited 's reasonable control or if the Techzex Software Private Limited /Institute considers that such action is reasonably necessary in order to appropriately manage its resources, pursue its policy of continuous improvement, comply with changes in law or comply with the instructions of the Techzex Software Private Limited 's regulators or a professional body.
2.2: The changes referred to in Clause 2.1 are not significant (that is, where they lead to changes to individual elements of a programme but do not lead to a substantive change in the overall content or method of delivery of a programme),the Techzex Software Private Limited will communicate the changes through routine publications (for example, the latest version of the online Degree Regulations and Programmes of Studies publication). If you would like to study a particular course (module) as part of Student programme of study, you should consult with the School Admissions the programme in advance of accepting Student Admission to confirm whether the course (module) will be available to you.
2.3: In the unlikely event that the Techzex Software Private Limited (i) discontinues or does not provide Student programme of study; or (ii) significantly changes the content of Student programme, method of delivery or method of assessment of Student programme such that the overall learning aims and outcomes of Student programme are fundamentally different, or (iii) significantly changes the location at which Student programme is taught, and any such change may adversely affect you the Techzex Software Private Limited will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity.
2.4:If student request Techzex to do so, the Techzex will seek to Admission you a suitable replacement programme at the Techzex Software Private Limited for which you are qualified or if the Techzex Software Private Limited is unable to Admission you a suitable replacement programme, Techzex shall seek to refer you to a comparable higher education institution for a suitable replacement programme.
